Wake up Sleeping Giants. You’ve been sleeping way too long. The mortality rates for African Americans are higher than any other racial/ethnic group for nearly every major cause of death in the United States, including Heart Attacks, Cancer, Diabetes, Autoimmune Disease, and Strokes.
Two more Icons are “Gone Too Soon”. Let’s not allow Bernie Mac and Isaac Hayes deaths to be in Vain. Let’s understand the importance of overall Health and Wellness and create A PREVENTIVE APPROACH. African-Americans and their ancestry roots are considered to be one of the most God Fearing People and dedicated to teaching Jesus, Religion and Gospel. Then WHY? WHY DO African-Americans experience health and wellness deprivation to an elevated degree more than any other group? According to Scripture, “My People will suffer from the lack of Knowledge”. Scripture also states, “In All Thy Getting….Get Understanding”.
UNDERSTAND THIS!! “If my people, which are called by My Name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My Face, and turn from their wicked ways; THEN will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land”. II Chronicles 7:14
Couple this with the understanding of a good dietary regimen, i.e. fresh fruit, nuts, fresh raw veggies, a little fish, lots of fresh water. Create a method to clean and detoxify your entire system of excessive waste. Secure the proper mindset conducive to Health and Wellness. Start consuming a line of good supplemental nutrition to include, but not limited to, a multi-vitamin, enzymes, and minerals. According to the experts, a disease, virus or bacteria cannot survive in an oxygenated environment. Fully oxygenate your body, with a daily exercise routine, and oxygen supplement. Your body will inevitably do what God intended…to “Heal Itself”.
It is often asked to give an understanding to “change the things we can, versus the things we cannot” and “the wisdom to know the difference”!! Health and Wellness IS something that CAN BE CHANGED!! DO YOU HAVE THE WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE?

I also have an understanding of the importantance of good health and wellness, that comes from clean living and proper nutritions. I am greatful to my God that this understanding came to me before I reached the door of
despair.
